POCATELLO — In response to increased school safety and security concerns, the Albion Center for Professional Development at Idaho State University (ISU) will be launching Foundations of School Security Leadership (FoSSL) courses.
The development comes in collaboration with the National Council of School Safety Directors (NCSSD), according to an ISU press release. FoSSL was developed jointly between the Idaho Office of School Safety and Security (OSSSP) under the Idaho State Board of Education, and the NCSSD — a national nonprofit association of school security professionals. The development team consists of school safety and security professionals from both organizations.
