Florida prosecutors are demanding records from White Hawk Carriers, the employer of Stockton truck driver Harjinder Singh, after a deadly crash on the Florida Turnpike killed three people on August 12. Investigators say Singh caused the wreck by making an illegal U-turn. The subpoena seeks Singh’s hiring and qualification records, while licensing documents are also being requested from California and Washington. White Hawk Carriers must appear before a statewide prosecutor in Tampa later this month as the investigation continues.
