Louisville football opened the 2025 season last weekend with a dominant win over EKU at home, and the Cards are back home this week, but up against tougher competition.

The Cardinals host James Madison on Friday at 7 p.m. at L&N Stadium

Louisville is a 14.5-point favorite heading into Friday night's matchup with Dukes, who also won their season opener.

Isaac Brown was the Cardinal's offensive star against EKU, rushing for 126 yards on six carries and two touchdowns.

In his first game in a UofL uniform, quarterback Miller Moss threw for 223 yards and two touchdowns, however, he also threw two interceptions.
