“ The Devil Wears Prada 2 ″ is already bursting with top New Jersey talent .

And this week, production on the film is actually heading to the Garden State.

The “ Devil Wears Prada ” sequel, starring Oscar-winning Jersey actors Anne Hathaway and Meryl Streep , has been filming in New York for two months.

Now the film is scheduled to make a stop in Newark.

Grant Wilfley Casting, the extras casting company for the movie, put out an open casting call for people to play airplane passengers for scenes filming Sept. 10 in Newark.

The call sought passengers in their 20s through 70s to fill the roles of first class and coach passengers on the plane. The casting company tells NJ Advance Media that the roles have been cast.
