CLAYTON, Mo. – A Ferguson man walked into work Wednesday and stabbed both his boss and a coworker, the Chesterfield Police Department said.

According to a police probable cause statement, the attack occurred at 8:50 a.m. at the Homewood Suites hotel on Chesterfield Parkway West.

Police said Randy E. Regans (age not provided) arrived for his shift, approached the manager, punched him in the face, and began to stab him in the torso.

A coworker attempted to pull Regans away from the manager, but Regans stabbed her in the thigh.

Regans ran off into a nearby subdivision but was eventually apprehended.

The victims were rushed to the hospital to be treated for their wounds.
