U.S. Rep. Dale Strong voted in favor of H.R. 4553 , the Energy and Water Development and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2026, which passed the House 214–213. The bill funds the Department of Energy, Army Corps of Engineers, Department of the Interior, and related agencies, while prioritizing national security and energy independence.
