A Pennsylvania woman was charged with criminal homicide after a 9-year-old girl in her care, initially reported as missing, was found dead in a river in southwestern Pennsylvania, according to state police. Kourtney Malinda Eutsey, 31, was charged with criminal homicide after the body of 9-year-old Renesmay Eutsey was discovered in Pennsylvania's Youghiogheny River on Thursday morning, state police said. WTAE, the ABC affiliate in Pittsburgh, reported Kourtney Eutsey was the "adoptive mother" of Renesmay. According to a police affidavit, Eutsey told authorities the child had suffered an untreated burn injury about a week before her death.
