Nottingham One on Canal Street, Nottingham city centre

A resident at a Nottingham city centre apartment complex has slammed the building managers because the block's lifts have been left out of order for five months. Will Tomlinson, 35, has lived at Nottingham One on Canal Street since 2018.

The resident has complained about a number of "poor services" to the complex's building managers, Rendall & Rittner. The issues include the building's lifts being out of order for months, safety concerns and the aftermath of a flood in September last year.

Mr Tomlinson has explained that the lift in his block hasn't worked since mid-April, with recent correspondence from Rendall & Rittner stating this will finally be fixed on September 19. Another lift has reportedly been out for 11 months.
