ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - The Anderson County Sheriff’s Office said it is investigating reports that fiber optic lines were intentionally cut, causing service disruptions for Charter Spectrum customers on Thursday.
Officials said the Anderson County 911 Center did not experience an interruption in service. They are unable to determine if any 911 calls made over WiFi failed to connect due to the nature of the issue.
Spectrum reports operations impacted by the disruptions included law enforcement, courts and government, healthcare and education.

The sheriff’s office did not give any information about potential suspects at this time but said the people found responsible fo
