A 29-year-old Renton man was charged with a slew of burglary and robbery charges Thursday for his alleged role in break-ins at the homes of professional athletes and Seattle rapper Macklemore stretching from February to June, according to King County prosecutors.
Patrick Maisonet was arrested by a SWAT team Aug. 21 in Renton on warrants for robbery and escape in connection with a 2023 case, court records show. He was charged last week with second-degree robbery, accused of being the getaway driver for two accomplices who stole a $30,000 watch from a Bellevue jewelry store in November.
He is now the second man to face charges for burglaries at the homes of Mariners pitcher Luis Miguel Castillo in Issaquah, Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Blake Snell in Edmonds, and former Seahawks cornerback
