LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - A man was arrested in Grayson County after causing a car crash that left a woman dead and three others injured, and then fleeing the scene.

According to the Kentucky State Police, officers responded to a call at around 4:25 a.m. of a fatal collision near the 117-mile marker of Western Kentucky Parkway on Thursday, September 4.

Investigations revealed that 25-year-old Francisco Tziquin was driving westbound in a 2017 Honda Civic when he crossed the median and crashed into a 2008 Lincoln MKZ that was traveling eastbound.

An adult female passenger in the Honda Civic was pronounced dead at the scene.

Two juvenile passengers in the Lincoln MKZ were taken to Norton Children’s Hospital with serious injuries. The driver of the Lincoln was taken to Twin Lakes Regional M
