SUNBURY, Pa. — #16 Pocono Mountain East dominated the Scranton Knight's at home Thursday night, coming away with a 45-0 win.

The Cardinals continue to put District XI on notice after winning their third straight game to improve to 3-0 on the season.

Amari Green scored two touchdowns in the first half. His first came on an 86-yard run after breaking a couple of tackles to torch the Scranton defense, giving the Cardinals a 21-0 lead with 4:16 left in the first half.

Quarterback Ceejay Serfass made plenty of impressive plays downfield to keep the offense moving along.

Serfass connected on a 70-yard catch and run to Justin Williams to go ahead 14-0 early in the second quarter. It was Williams second touchdown on the day, his first coming on a 15-yard run into the endzone for the team's fir
