ORANGE, Ohio -- The New Song Church Assembly of God property at 4799 Lander Road has a new tenant.

The Rev. Kevin Ringer, senior pastor of The House of Restoration, introduced himself and his church to Village Council Wednesday (Sept. 3).

The House of Restoration is a Pentecostal church that was previously located at 4105 E. 114th St. in Cleveland.

Ringer said the congregation has been in existence since 1957 and that he has been its pastor since 2015.

The building on Lander Road -- across the street from Village Hall, just south of Pike Drive -- had been vacant for at least five years, but the New Song Church still owns the property.

“It is our intention to purchase the property,” Ringer told council.

“But we want you to know that we will be good tenants and we’re here to be a help
