WORCESTER -- In the first few weeks of the season, pitcher Shane Drohan put himself back in the conversation a couple years after he was considered one of the Red Sox’ top pitching prospects.
In his first seven starts this year, Drohan logged a 2.03 ERA and held opposing batters to a .177 average. The lefty racked up 38 strikeouts in 26 2/3 innings compared to just 11 walks.
