They must win both games on the road Friday and Saturday or their excellent season will conclude in the first round of the playoffs... And it starts with scoring some runs.

Mike Meyer, Canaries Manager says, “You know sometimes in these playoff situations we try to do a little too much and it’s just getting the guys to take a deep breath and just do what we do.”

Jordan Barth, Canaries SS says, “Obviously I think we have the better hitting team and I think if we just do the little things and capitalize on mistakes and on our part do the little things as well, I think we have a great chance.”

The Birds left the bases loaded twice in last night’s loss at home in the 5-0 loss.
