The Fruita Monument High School softball team has won all four contests they’ve played in the 2025 season.
Senior Teagan Clements has been in the circle for the Wildcats in all four contests, pitching a complete game and earning the win on each occasion.
In 23 innings pitched, Clements has struck out 19 batters, surrendered only 10 hits, issued just five walks, and has yet to allow an earned run. Her early-season success comes on the heels of a junior campaign in which Clements pitched in nine games and allowed only 13 earned runs, good for a 2.04 ERA, while splitting innings on the mound with then-senior Lacie Rodabaugh. Rodabaugh was a leader in the clubhouse, a role that Clements is now embracing at the beginning of her own senior campaign.
