Forty-two schools from Section 9 will be fielding varsity girls soccer teams in six different classes in 2025.

The regular-season got underway on Tuesday and concludes on Oct. 22. The Section 9 tournament finals will be held Nov. 1 (Classes C, D, A), Nov. 3 (Classes AA, B) and Nov. 4 (Class AAA), all at Wallkill High School.

State regional play begins Nov. 4 with three finals set for Wallkill High School on Nov. 8. The state Final Four will once again be hosted in the Cortland region - semifinals will take place Nov. 15 at three different sites (Cortland High School, Homer High School, Tompkins Cortland Community College) and the finals are Nov. 16 at the two high schools.
