Duke is back at Wallace Wade Stadium, hosting No. 11/12 Illinois on Saturday, Sept. 6, for a Week 2 showdown (Noon ET, ESPN).

The Blue Devils are coming off a 45-17 season-opening win over Elon, outscoring the Phoenix 35-7 in the second half behind quarterback Darian Mensah's 389-yard and three-touchdown performance. Illinois is also coming off a Week 1 win, routing Western Illinois 52-3 behind quarterback Luke Altmyer’s 217-yard, three-touchdown outing.

Saturday will mark just the third meeting between the programs. The series is tied 1-1, with Duke winning the lone matchup in Durham, 15-13 in 1958, and Illinois taking the 1965 contest in Champaign, 28-14.
