(WJW) - Friday kicked off, foggy, hazy and cooler with lows in the 40’s and 50s. Sunshine rules the sky now as the wildfire smoke aloft moves east. Temperatures warm into the mid and upper 70’s.

Winds increase out of the southwest gusting to 35 MPH at times in the afternoon.

Week #3 of Friday Night Touchdown remains dry and comfortably cool by final down. You’ll notice it clouding over ahead of our next front.

A weak front arrives early Saturday morning. A few showers with minimal coverage. There will be a few lake effect showers on Sunday mainly east. Might have some during the tailgate in Cleveland! Stay tuned.

Temperatures dive back into the 60’s over the weekend into the first part of next week. That’s about 10° below average!
