Season 4 of Marvel Rivals releases on September 12, 2025, and with it comes a major patch that balances several characters with different buffs and nerfs. Some stronger heroes have been toned down, while struggling faces have received much-needed changes to help them thrive. This seasonal patch is more extensive than most, with some truly drastic changes that'll shape team synergies into the new Season.

The first flying Vanguard character, Angela, also arrives when Season 4 drops, so many balance changes may reflect her inclusion.
