Either the City of Calgary has bought a concrete supplier or someone in city hall has an uncle in the sidewalk business, because it feels like every curb, corner and sidewalk is being torn up right now and, on occasion, torn up again.
I have often suggested that the best business in Calgary is supplying orange cones and barriers, but now I am beginning to think it is concrete removal and installation.
