A 20-year-old man died from a shooting in broad daylight around the corner from his home — and another 20-year-old male is in the hospital — after bullets flew in Brooklyn Thursday afternoon, police said.

Darius Coles was fatally blasted in the chest near Sutter Ave. and Euclid Ave. in East New York about 2:40 p.m.— around the corner from his home about three blocks away, cops said. The other 20-year-old shooting victim was hit in the leg and grazed by a bullet on the head but survived, according to police. His identity was not released.

EMS rushed both men to Brookdale University Hospital , where hospital staff pronounced Coles dead. The second victim is in stable condition, according to police.
