Major High Street beauty chain closing 32 shops
High street beauty chain Bodycare has said it will shut 32 shops and cut around 450 jobs after falling into administration. Bodycare is a British health and beauty retailer founded in the 1970s in Lancashire. It evolved from a market stall into a chain that offered skincare, cosmetics, toiletries, fragrances and hair care at value prices.
The company hired administrators from advisory firm Interpath on Friday, who are now looking at a potential rescue sale of the business and its assets.
