GRANT COUNTY, Wash. -- Law enforcement arrested two teen boys for shooting and killing a man at a park in Mattawa last month.

According to the Moses Lake Police Department, a 19-year-old man was shot multiple times and killed at Hundt Park in Mattawa around 8:30 p.m. August 17.

The Moses Lake Police Department and Mattawa Police Department investigated and identified two suspects.

Two 16-year-olds from the Mattawa area were located and arrested September 4. They were booked into the juvenile detention center for first-degree murder.

Moses Lake police say the investigation is ongoing.
