UNC shooting guard Seth Trimble has made history quite early in his career, not on the court, but in the world of business.

At just 21 years old, Trimble has become the youngest franchise owner in Ben & Jerry’s history, having used his NIL earnings to purchase the chain’s iconic Chapel Hill location on Franklin Street.

The player announced this himself, taking to Instagram earlier this week to announce his acquisition just days after a significant development involving college athletes and food, with Chipotle having revealed they’re set to offer free eats to student athletes.
