Charlie Sheen is getting honest about his past.

As the Two and a Half Men alum’s life is reexamined in both his memoir, The Book of Sheen , and in a new documentary aka Charlie Sheen , he gets candid, including for the first time about having sexual encounters with men.

As he described it in both the book and doc, “I flipped the menu over.”

And after decades of hiding this part of himself, Charlie has a simple reaction of how it feels to speak freely, referring to it in in the documentary, per People , as “liberating. It's f--king liberating... [to] just talk about stuff.”
