Lando Norris topped FP2 at Monza, though the top six drivers were all within touching distance of the McLaren driver.

If the first session was about becoming acclimatised with the circuit, FP2 was all about the drivers fine-tuning their one-lap and race setups, with a tightly-congested top of the field at Monza in the second practice session.

As always, FP2 was the chance we get to see how the drivers are set to run in qualifying, as well as getting the chance for a long run simulation later in the session, to see how everyone matches up in both short and long distances, which will give an idea for how the cars may stack up against each other.
