BUFFALO, N.Y. — Gov. Kathy Hochul signed an executive order Thursday that allows pharmacists to administer COVID-19 vaccines across New York State .
This follows the Food and Drug Administration update on vaccines last month .
The order, which will remain in effect for at least 30 days, is intended to maintain access to vaccinations while a long-term legislative solution is developed.
“I promised New Yorkers that their family would be my fight.
