MILL TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WJW) -- A woman has died at the hospital after a crash that happened in August in Tuscarawas County.
According to a press release from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, a 1994 Ford Taurus driven by 64-year-old Dawn Coleman was stopped on TR-286 at the intersection of CR-64 on August 10 just before 1:40 p.m.
That is when she turned left onto CR-64 and was hit by a 2012 Nissan Rogue that was being driven by an 18-year-old. According to the release, Coleman failed to yield at the stop sign before making the turn.
Coleman was taken to Aultman Hospital, where she remained until she succumbed to her injuries on September 4, the release said.
According to the OSHP, Coleman was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
