This day in History: Lincoln Parish Library opens Sept. 5, 1968.

MONROE, La. (KNOE) - The Ruston branch of the Lincoln Parish Library opened on this day in 1968. This followed a demonstration library that had been in the Parish since the late 1930’s.

Today’s Lincoln Parish Library opened its doors in 2004 after the building was extensively renovated.
