A Dover man who got behind the wheel of his car while under the influence of drugs, then hit and killed a jogger in January 2024 has been sentenced to five years in prison.

After his release from prison, 38-year-old Henry Harmon will serve two decades at different levels of probation for the Jan. 24, 2024, crash that killed 40-year-old Danny Rankin Jr.
