No. 15 Michigan is heading to No. 18 Oklahoma on Saturday for its first Southeastern Conference road game in program history.

The Wolverines, who beat New Mexico 34-17 in its season opener, are slight underdogs against the Sooners, who cruised to a 35-3 victory over Illinois State last week.

Both teams flashed more potent offenses after finishing 2024 outside of the top 100 nationally.

Michigan signed No. 1 overall recruit Bryce Underwood and added Alabama transfer running back Justice Haynes -- a duo that combined for 410 yards of offense in Week 1.

Meanwhile, Oklahoma dipped into the portal to pick up QB John Mateer from Washington State. He had a record-breaking debut for the Sooners, throwing for 392 yards and three touchdowns.
