ROCHESTER, Minn. — Rochester Police Department (RPD) says it arrested Leontan Troy, 25, during a proactive operation targeting narcotics distribution.
On Thursday, the Rochester Police and Olmsted County SWAT Team executed a warrant at 2015 41st Street Northwest at 10 a.m. Troy was apprehended and charged with second-degree controlled substance sale.
RPD says this arrest is part of an ongoing effort to combat the distribution of fentanyl and other harmful drugs in the community.
"This operation underscores the Rochester Police Department’s zero-tolerance stance against drug dealers," said Police Chief Jim Franklin. He added that the department is committed to stopping the flow of dangerous drugs into the community.
