“She’s not that person anymore. She is insightful, wise, more mature, sober – which is important – and more family-focused,” Marley recently told a judge as all of her outstanding charges were dealt with by a short jail sentence and a peace bond. “She’s a very different individual today than the person I first encountered late last year.”
Rathmell, 44, who had a minor criminal record, fell in with the wrong crowd a couple of years ago. This led to her being arrested three times in 2024 near Kathleen and Walnut avenues in high-profile local incidents.
