SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) - Willard’s very own “Midwest Princess” is helping a nonprofit in the Ozarks.

In honor of Sexual Health Awareness Month, the Ozarks Area Community Action Corporation, or OACAC, is auctioning an autographed copy of Chappell Roan’s “The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess.”

Tickets cost $25. The proceeds are going towards OACAC family planning. They provide reproductive health care, education on birth control, and routine exams and screenings, all at an affordable cost.

Leaders say they’re thankful for Chappell’s support.

“We’re cheering on our local celebrity friend and watching her booming success, and we’re really proud of her,” said Lindsey Dumas-Bell of OACAC. “So, we’re thankful that she’s part of and supports our family planning clinic and OACAC.”
