Protest ride rally planned in Center City in response to possible backpedal on bike lane protection

A big rally is planned for Center City in the next couple of hours. Cyclists will be taking a protest ride in a call for safer bike lanes. Liz Crawford has been covering this topic for over a year. She reports at the Art Museum.
