There was a traffic nightmare on Route 202 north in Chester County after a serious accident involving a septic truck. The truck appeared to be leaking. This happened between the Route 29 and Paoli exits. The septic tank overturned, spilling its contents all over the road. One person was taken to the hospital. Only one northbound lane is open as crews work to clean it up.
