Council is set to review a feasibility study on the reclamation of two historical closed waste disposal sites at Big Hill Road and Red Horse Lake Road. The study recommends full landfill reclamation, costing $430,000 up front, as opposed to capping the land for $325,000 with ongoing monitoring costs. While more expensive initially, reclamation would remove long-term restrictions on developmen
