GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - A competency evaluation has been ordered for the man accused of murdering a man while riding in the passenger seat, leading to an hours-long lane shutdown on Highway 172.
18-year-old Ji-Gwe-Mko Layton is charged with first-degree Intentional Homicide for the incident last month.
The driver, a 60-year-old Wood County man, has not been identified.
Results from the evaluation will be revealed during a hearing in mid-October.
