(NewsNation) — The father of missing baby Emmanuel Haro passed a child abuse class with top marks and was even praised for his parenting skills before his 7-month-old son disappeared.
Emmanuel is still missing and presumed dead after his mom claimed he was kidnapped from a store parking lot on Aug. 17. Both of his parents have been charged with his murder.
It was revealed Friday that Jake Haro was ordered to attend a child abuse program as part of a suspended sentence for a separate child abuse case in 2018, which left his then-10-month-old daughter permanently disabled.
