TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A year after hurricanes hit Tampa, condo owners are seeing new problems and said their association hasn't done nearly enough to fix the damage.

Residents said repairs to the roof and building at the Shore Colony Condominiums off West Shore Boulevard have been few and far between, and they are now turning to 8 On Your Side as the City of Tampa investigates code violations.

"Why do we want to live here if the buildings falling apart?” questioned Lisa Bianchi, condo owner. Bianchi has lived there for a decade. She said there hasn’t been much progress ever since last year's storms.
