"Something came over me. I said, 'I'm going to take a chance of a lifetime,'" said Loretta Williams, a Greenville County resident who spent $36 on Powerball tickets on Friday.
Lottery officials said each entry for this weekend's drawing will cost $2 and must be purchased before 9:59 p.m. on Saturday.
