A fundraiser was held Friday evening at Trailblazer Park in Travelers Rest for a young 6-year-old girl named Emma Nowell.

A benefit fundraiser was organized to help Emma's parents with much-needed repairs and adjustments to their small home, to be more ADA accessible for Emma.

"We need to make some adjustments to our house to make it more accessible her wheelchair to go in," Emma's mom, Allison Nowell, said.
