BALTIMORE -- Throughout the 2025 season, Dean Kremer has been among the few Orioles players to remain healthy. The 29-year-old right-hander is not included in the group of 28 Baltimore players who have spent time on the injured list.

That could potentially change soon.

Kremer experienced right forearm discomfort during the O’s series opener vs. the Dodgers at Camden Yards on Friday night, prompting his removal after only three innings. It is not yet clear how severe the injury is, nor whether he could be an IL candidate.

However, it was not encouraging to see Kremer wincing during the top of the third inning, shortly after he delivered a pitch to Mookie Betts.
