PITT COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) - Four men were arrested after breaking into two sweepstakes businesses on the same morning in August.

At around 4:15 a.m. on August 1st, deputies were called to a reported break-in at Lucky 7 Sweepstakes. Just over an hour later, they responded to another break-in at 264 Sweepstakes.

In their investigation, detectives say they linked the same offenders to the two break-ins with help from Greenville and Rocky Mount police.

On August 22nd, warrants were issued to four men.

Warrants say the Lucky 7 Sweepstakes case includes charges of breaking and entering, larceny after the fact, safe-cracking, two counts of felony conspiracy, possession of burglary tools, and conspiracy to breaking and entering/larceny.
