YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) -- Youngstown's lower East Side will be filled with music Saturday for what has become a Mahoning Valley tradition.

The stage was set up Friday evening outside the Royal Oaks Bar & Grill for the 18th annual Pabstolutely Music Festival. All the money raised goes to the Purple Cat and Golden String Radio, which is operated by adults with disabilities.

Royal Oaks Co-owner John Kennedy explained where the name Pabstolutely comes from.

"Joe Stillson, the guy that started it -- that wanted to do it, and he said, 'Could we do it?' and I said, 'Absolutely,' and my brother said, 'No, pabstolutely,' and we got 'pabst,' and we had a great relationship at the time to sponsor the event," Kennedy said.
