FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) - A Fargo man is facing a felony charge after being arrested for Possession of Certain Materials Prohibited. Fargo Police were tipped off to the alleged possession by a man who says he catches child predators for a living.

According to court documents, Jidon Adams, who runs a YouTube Channel catching online predators, stated that Jerry Shope had been contacting someone who was posing as an underage female for several weeks. Adams told the police that the conversations were sexually charged.

He also said that after he confronted Shope, he allegedly showed Adams the photographs and videos on his phone involving child sex material.
