CEDAR FALLS, Iowa — Community members gathered in Cedar Falls this morning for a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the new Cedar Ridge Christian School. The K-12 school, formerly known as Waterloo Christian School, moved into the old Cedar Falls public high school building for the start of the current school year.
Cedar Ridge has an enrollment of around 400 students this fall, including 90 new students. The school plans to continue growing while maintaining small classroom sizes, capping enrollment at 550 students as part of a five-year growth plan.
