Hull Property Group hopes to use experience, local needs to ensure Glenbrook Square's success

The U.S. map on Hull Property Group’s website has dots in the north, the south and in between, marking where it operates U.S. shopping malls with some familiar names on its tenant rosters.

In Racine, Wisconsin, Hull Property’s Regency Mall includes a Bob’s Discount Furniture, Ross Dress for Less, Kay Jewelers and LensCrafters. A Target and an Olive Garden are among the retailers and restaurants on outparcels near Regency.

Hull Property also owns Citrus Park Town Center in Tampa, Florida. The attractions there include Macy’s, JCPenney, Dillard’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods and, for shoppers with an appetite for a gourmet burger or other food, restaurants including Red Robin.

Hull Property Group will work with some of the same businesses that have a Fort Wayne presence as it takes over Glenbro
