JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — In Columbia County Friday, Representative Cory Mills and the current Miss United States testified before a judge in a restraining order hearing.

Lindsey Langston, a Lake City native, won the crown while competing as Miss Florida; she was crowned in Oct. 2024 and is still the title holder.

In August, she accused Mills of threatening to leak intimate photos and videos.

Police say the pair were romantically involved but broke up earlier this year.

In her testimony, Langston said Mills also threatened her future partners, and she said she feared for his mental health.

"I tried to communicate to Cory that he's-- he's hurt me. He really has hurt me through all of this," Langston told the court. "Just maybe if he ever did care about me, he would see the damage that he's
